Creston House Condos – 5930 A1A S, St Augustine, FL 32080.

Creston House Condos  are located on the  northern end of Crescent Beach.  Built in 1973 Creston House is solid poured concrete construction including solid concrete floors and ceilings and roof.  They just don’t build them like this any more.  The complex is oceanfront with townhouses and flats all facing the ocean either with views across the pool to the beach or some of the units are direct oceanfront where you see nothing but beach and surf.  Creston House has a few 3 br units but mostly 2/2 and a few 1/1 units.  The townhouses are second floor entry up one flight of stairs.  The flats are all ground floor.   We have sold many units at Creston House over the years, in fact our sales manager owned one there 20 years ago before buying a house on the beach.  Creston House is pet friendly and had a complete complex makeover in 2010 so it is in top notch shape, even the ocean front pool was overhauled with new pavers, new fencing and a new surface.  Some of the Creston House owners have unattached garages which sell for a premium to owners only at Creston House.  

Creston House condos has been a family for decades, it was one of the first condo complexes built on the beach.  Many units have been passed down from original buyers to their children who will pass to theirs in time.  This is the kind of complex it is.  Originally Creston House units did not have washers and dryers because it was designed and built with weekend visitors in mind.  Over the years, many owners have retrofitted with washers and dryers.  The complex has its own private coin operated laundry too.  HOA fees are relatively low and include all utilities except electricity, include insurance, immaculate grounds maintenance, pool facility, on site manager and maintenance man.
