Windjammer Condos – 7780 A1A S, St Augustine, FL 32080.

Windjammer Condos are located south central of Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island at St Augustine.  Every unit is ocean front, every unit has beautiful views of the waterway out one side and nothing but beach and Atlantic Ocean out the living room and balcony.  Every condo at Windjammer Condominiums is  a flat and handicap accessible, no stairs even the new walkway to the beach was built with no steps all the way down on to the beach.  A wheel chair, a bicycle somebody with a walker an make it down and back.  Windjammer condos also features ocean front master.  Windjammer offers 2/2 and 3/2 units.  All are flats with elevator service from the parking garage.  There is a pool, tennis and the HOA owns the waterway frontage across the street so you can fish and enjoy the waterway as well as the beach on the other side of the complex.  Well managed the HOA fees cover everything but electricity.  Windjammer is PET FRIENDLY with no size limit on pets for owners.  Late 2015 the HOA undertook a renovation project to rebuild and resurface all the balconies, the walkways and sidewalks.  They are also having all the railings refinished to look new again, this entire project is already paid for from reserves and a small individual assessment.  Windjammer Condominiums are well kept.

Current prices run from the mid 400s into the 600s.  Prices vary with floor level, unit condition and location within the building the farther south the unit usually the more it brings.   Availability is spotty, sometimes there is one for sale sometimes not.
