Villa San Marco condos is an extremely popular complex on the mainland in the commercial hub near University of St Augustine, Flagler College and Florida State College.  It is extremely popular with students, particularly the University which deals mostly with Physical Therapy degrees. 

Villa San Marco has 1/1, 2/2 and 3/2 units and offers a really nice pool complex and clubhouse for enjoyment of all residents.  Some units come with assigned garages and these sell for approximately 10-12,000 more if the unit includes a garage.  There is a on site car wash and the complex is pet friendly.  There are three floors and all units are flats.  The entire complex is concrete block construction and is maintained very well.
