Tradewinds Condos offers many amenities other than ocean front living.  All units are flats with elevators throughout the main buildings with superb ocean views from living rooms and balconies as well as master bedrooms.  The ocean view units are 2/2 and 1/1.  Views vary with elevation of the floor.  Tradewinds has direct oceanfront flats and townhouses all 2/2 all these have direct oceanfront and beach views.  Tradewinds has a unique feature on the west side of the complex, a boat ramp on the waterway, fishing dock on the waterway and boat storage yard.  this is the only condo complex on the island that offers this because it is located on a narrow portion of the island and the HOA owns across the street the waterway frontage.  They also have a tennis court on the waterway.
