Summerhouse Condos are located on the south end of Anastasia Island and nestle up against the Matanzas State Park.  No vehicle traffic is allowed south of Summerhouse but footwork and bicycles are allowed on the beach south of Summerhouse all the way around the inlet which by the way is the only natural inlet left in the state, its the same today as it was 500 years ago when the Matanzas Fort was built on the waterway just inside the inlet.

Summerhouse boasts of 300 condominiums situated in four different complexes.  Each complex has its own heated ocean front pool and all Summerhouse residents and guests share all four pools.  Nice walkways for owners and guests are built over the dunes down to the beach, four in all so they are always close.  Summerhouse Condos allow owners to have pets, there is also tennis, racquet ball, children’s playground areas, bicycle racks, boat yard for parking boats and water vehicles, full time on site maintenance people, full time office staffed 7 days a week.  HOA fees are lower than most complexes since there are no elevators and the HOA is run very efficiently.  Grounds are taken care of perfectly all year.  HOA fee includes water, sewer, trash collection, insurance, cable,  4 heated pools and more. 

Prices currently are running from the mid $300s into the $400s and everywhere in between it just depends whether it is an ocean front, ocean view a flat or a townhouse.  Depends on the condition of the unit, they are all different.
