Four Winds Condos – 8130 A1A S, St Augustine, FL 32080.

Four Winds Condos has under gone some serious cosmetic improvements the past couple of years.  An entirely new landscaping and pool updating project was just completed.  All the walkways and patios have been resurfaced giving the look of practically new.  There are two pools and both are heated for year around enjoyment.  Four Winds is located in the south central area of Anastasia Island at south Crescent Beach.  Four Winds features groud floor flats and townhouse condominiums.  Some units have ocean views, some are direct ocean front.  Prices vary accordingly.  There is an on site office with staff and full time maintenance people on site.  Four Winds is a pet friendly complex and a family favorite.  Step right onto the ramp down on to the beach shown above and you are on one of the world’s best white sand beaches.  Don’t take our word for it, those are the words of the Travel Channel last year when rating beaches world wide.  Crescent Beach was top ten.

Four Winds Condos offers ocean view and ocean front units most are 2/2 but there are a few 3/3 units that are true ocean front.
