Colony Reef Club condos are centrally located on Anastasia Island at the southern end of St Augustine Beach.  All condos in the oceanside complex are 3 bedrooms 2 baths, all are flats, all have elevator access to all floors.  Four floors high,  the higher you go the better the views of the beach and ocean.  The lower you go the more convenience to the oceanfront pool, parking and walkways to the beach.  A ground floor patio affords you total maximum convenience with easy access to all the amenities Colony Reef has to offer.  It just depends on what you want the most and Colony Reef Condos offers it all your choice.  The closer you go towards the beach in the complex the higher the price too and the better the rentals. 

Colony Reef Condos features a large oceanfront pool, nice boardwalk down onto the beach for owners, lighted tennis courts, a good sized gym with first rate equipment, an indoor heated pool and more.  Another nice feature is a huge court yard of several acres surrounding the ocean front pool where kids can play games and enjoy the out doors.  On site office with on site maintenance man 6 days a week.  Gated and secure.

Colony Reef is a family favorite because it is one of the few ocean front complexes that offers 3 bedrooms as the norm, large balconies or patios with views of the ocean.   The tennis villas that front the courts, offer 2 and 3 bedroom models.  All owners and guests at Colony Reef have access to all the amenities.
