Crescent Beach Realty specializes in condominiums and homes on the beaches of St Augustine otherwise known as Anastasia Island the barrier island off St Augustine.  We are serviced by four bridges.  To the south end of the island on A1A is the Matanzas Inlet bridge that spans the only pure natural inlet left in Florida.  Several miles north is the Crescent Beach Bridge that spans the waterway and takes you via Fla Hwy 206 to U.S. 1 and I-95 just 4 miles away.  The "312" Bridge is a four lane high rise that takes you from the northern end of Anastasia Island into the main business district of St Aug on U.S. 1 with any service and store you can ask for.  The Bridge of Lions drops down into old town downtown.
